Who Thrives Here
Private security is honest work that takes real skills. Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience is welcome but not required.
- Active California BSIS Guard Card (or in process) — required before your first solo shift
- A clean, felony-free background; we run California DOJ and FBI checks during hiring
- Valid California driver’s license with a clean record for patrol positions
- Professional appearance and a de-escalation-first mindset
- Strong written communication for incident reports and daily activity logs
- Comfort with body cameras, dispatch systems, and digital reporting
The Details
Pay
Competitive hourly rates plus overtime, with the pay range listed on each opening.
Schedule
Full-time and part-time; day, swing, and overnight shifts available.
Equipment
Uniforms, body camera, and patrol vehicle (for patrol roles) provided.
Training
Paid field training before solo assignment, plus ongoing development.
